This sentiment of finding and connecting to Light is the inspiration behind violnist Kerstin Tenney’s debut album, Light.
This 16-track album features beautiful new works and arrangements about Light by composers Ola Gjeilo, Ryan Murphy, and others. Described as the music of heaven, Light invites hope, clarity, and peace through its uplifting and enlightening message, encouraging one to move forward through life with optimism.
Kerstin recorded Light at Wyastone Hall in the English countryside with pianist MIchael Karcher-Young, the English Symphony Orchestra, conductor Darko Butorac, and the Adrian Partington Singers. The audio was mastered at the legendary Abbey Road Studios.
